CAS(E) This Sketch #101
Hey there...hope you're all enjoying your Wednesday! Temps have warmed up a bit here but the wind is still nasty cold!
I welded bits and pieces from various Silhouette cut files using Anita's lovely linen paper, added a layered Spellbinders Holiday Sentiment die, shimmer card stock base, a bit of bling and done like dinner!
This card is headed to CAS(E)- thiCs-sketch #101. You really need to pay a visit to the challenge blog and check out the amazing cards posted by the DT! But hurry...because the door closes in less than 16 hours so you best get craftin' if you're planning on entering!
Happy crafting!
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! Love that white linen against that shimmery aqua! Just delicious, Geri!! So when you say the temps have warmed up, are you talking about what? About a minus eleven?? Hugs and Miss You Bisous! Darnell
ReplyDeleteOhhhhh....This is soooo pretty, Geri! Love the white against the aqua. Great design too. You and Hannelie have got the Silhouette thing really working for you. LOVE this card dear friend!!!!! The blings are the perfect finishing touch - just the right amount of glam. Great card. xo Bev
ReplyDeletePur CAS perfection! Beautiful design and i love your colour choice!
ReplyDeleteIt has been very vold here in Thunder Bay as well. Many morning we have been waking up to -30 something with windchill. Some days it isn't warming up much thru the day either!
Very pretty - love the subtle shimmer!
ReplyDeleteOh my Geri, this card is beautiful!! I love welding shapes together and will have to try making a card like this. I just love it! Hugs, Brenda
ReplyDeleteGorgeous Geri!
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful, Geri!!! Love the white against the aqua. You are rockin' your Silhouette! xo
ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful! Wonderful take on the sketch!
ReplyDeleteYou had me with the aqua and white combination, and then a closer look at that linen paper...oh my! Be still my wildly racing, coveting-this-immensely heart! Soooo pretty. And THEN the snowflakes, adorned with sparkly bling...and, you've nearly rendered me speechless! Simple, stunning, sensational! "Warming up" - I hope that happens for you, although there is a perk to cold temperatures, as they provide the perfect excuse for crafting alllll day long!

Knew it'd be here (em a few minutes ago!). Gaspingly gorgeous, Geri ... the white texture with the shimmery aqua is stunning ... crisp and clean and fresh ... just like a frosty, snowy day (and you know about those!!) Thanks for the shout out, dear friend! Anita :)
