This is going to be quick post as it is 2:28am and I am getting pretty darn sleepy :)
Another cute Silhouette image, Lil' Inkers Stitched Mat, a bit of Iridescent Ice glitter and a rub-on sentiment. Don't you just love the whimsical country Christmas look of this tree?
Now about the Angel....I'm thinking that she is either having trouble with the wind or perhaps she has had one Egg Nog too many!
Here are the rest of the ladies who would be thrilled to have you stop by their blogs to say hello. Don't forget to leave a comment on my blog for a chance to win a $25 gift certificate...mystery location to be announced later. The draw will be December 22nd :)
How do you do such amazing things at that time in the morning, Geri?? This is so sweet, the folk look is adorable and the angel ... she's looking down from above and keeping an eye on everyone! Really hope you're in a deep, deep sleep while I'm writing this! Anita :)
ReplyDeleteI love the snow on the branches and the little angel. This is brilliant!
ReplyDeleteThis is SO sweet, Geri!! You know I'm on a total kraft kick right now, and I am just loving the green of the tree against it. And that soft snow on each of the branches - SO awesome!! Love the angel too. It reminds me of the one on my parent's tree. It looks like that EVERY year! In their case though, I think my Mom, not the angel, is the one sampling the egg nog!!! Now, what's this about 2:28 am??!!!!
ReplyDeleteWhoops...did a wee coffee spill when I read your comment about the *perhaps* slightly sloshed angel! Too funny, but I think she's quite darling, sitting somewhat tipsy-turvy on her perch. My tree angels often looked that way (likely the 'placement operator's' fault). Let's take inventory here: kraft - A++; decorated, snow-tipped tree - A++; sweet angel and sentiment - A++ = one FABULOUS A++++++ card! LOVE this! Umm..2:28am? What ARE you doing awake at that time...besides the obvious of card-making! Hope you're still sleeping as I'm writing!
